This is a suggested season of loving and giving. However, for some people it’s a time of stress and loneliness in the midst of crowds.
As this year approaches it’s end, my wish for you all is that you find joy in the present moments of your day. Experience joy in another’s smile. Give joy by acknowledging someone with a kind word. Be the love in the world you wish to feel! You are a present!
Today, people in the United States celebrate Thanksgiving. People around the world have learned that giving thanks throughout the everyday increases an abundant flow that is greater than money. It encourages richer relationships, increased sharing, belonging, living fully, peace of mind, wisdom and love of life!
We spend so much time thinking about what we don’t want. Let’s imagine what we do want! Begin to cancel every thought you don’t want and actively replace it with statements that support what you do want to see in your life. While you are imagining what you do want, allow yourself to feel the joy associated with what you do want. These feelings reinforce the thought thereby helping to attract/align to what you want!

Doesn’t it feel good to focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want?
We were all born with dignity. As babies, we cried out for what we needed; and more often than not, those needs were met. Somewhere along the life path, we were taught to stop asking for what we wanted as if it were not dignified to have what we want and need.
As adults, let’s reclaim the dignity in seeking what we need. Let’s be brave enough to expect our needs to be met!

Are you all in, or do you have one foot in and one foot out of your work, project or relationships? Half in and half out is a structure for pretense. The way to know you are all in is you tell the truth, own your feelings, and practice compassion toward yourself and others!
Where are you all in and where are you not all in your life?
As you incorporate who you really are in your everyday interactions, you begin to realize who you are is enough. Your authentic self always feels more alive than your pretend self. Your authentic power is born inside you! It is time to reconnect and let it out!

Align your feelings with your faith in a situation and watch the impossible become possible! Being in that kind of sync is a powerful force, and it resides within you! You do not have to look outside yourself for answers because your faith and your feelings are your responsibility.

Our deepest beliefs come to light in the life we are living. Whatever you have going on in your life, look at the beliefs/thoughts you have had that support what is happening. For example; if you do not have enough abundance in your life, change the limiting thoughts, such as, “I never have enough…” that you think throughout the day. If you are dreaming of abundance and don’t have it, sift your beliefs/thoughts to affirm your dream, “I attract more than I need”, or “I am worthy of abundance”!
