Joy In The Present Moment!

This is a suggested season of loving and giving. However, for some people it’s a time of stress and loneliness in the midst of crowds.

As this year approaches it’s end, my wish for you all is that you find joy in the present moments of your day. Experience joy in another’s smile. Give joy by acknowledging someone with a kind word. Be the love in the world you wish to feel! You are a present!

Inner Beauty!

Your real beauty and wholeness resides inside of you! If you don’t see it, you may have buried your inner specialness. I recommend that you lift up (admit) and discard (forgive) your old mistakes and hurts. Now you are free to think; what if it’s true that you are beautiful on the inside? Get comfortable with the belief; start by repeating to yourself, “I have inner beauty.”

HOMEWORK:

When you recognize your inner beauty, how can you let it shine?

Radical Compassion!

We want people to be compassionate with us. Here’s the radical part; we have to be compassionate with ourselves and others in order to expect it from others! Compassion is possible when we are authentic, feel worthy, and accept as humans that we are sometimes imperfect.

HOMEWORK:

Are you daring enough to show yourself and others compassion?

Can you forgo protecting your self by blaming

Joyful Release!

You can release the things you are holding onto from your past and, if you are like me, letting go of it was a pull and tug situation. How do you let go “effortlessly” the things that have hurt you? I read recently that you can affirm to joyously release the past. I had never thought of that as a possibility, but I do now! The benefit is you are also able to affirm “I am at peace”!

Homework:

Do you want to hold on to your past or be at peace?

Do you wish to be joy filled or dismayed on your life’s journey?

Seek To See Beauty!

The world is filled with beauty! If you don’t see any beauty somewhere in your day, you may have forgotten to look recently. I challenge you to seek out in your every day travels things of beauty.

Take a picture and share the beauty you saw. End each day looking in the mirror; my hope is that you will begin to see the beauty I see in you!

Homework:

What beauty can you find in your current surroundings?

What beauty can you identify in yourself?

You Are Incredible!

There are others with similar genes to yours, but there isn’t anyone else that is you! That makes you incredible. You are wonderfully unique. It’s often beyond comprehension how incredible you really are, but may I suggest that you try? When you get comfortable with your own incredibleness you are more able to see the incredible trait that resides in others. It’s time to claim it, you are incredible!

Homework:

Can you be grateful for how incredible you are in this world?

There Is Brilliance In You!

I’m speaking of the light within you that is your gift to share with all the people you greet. What do you do that seems so easy, yet people compliment you on regular basis? There lies a hint of your brilliance! Is it your smile that brightens the day of others? Do you turn a phrase that makes people laugh loudly? Does your intellect give way to new ideas? Whatever your gift, share it lovingly and watch how your brilliance lights up your every interaction!

Did you shine your brilliance today?

Can you compliment other’s brilliance?

Happy Friday!

APRIL AWARENESS!

Imagine a place deep inside yourself; it is your connection to all that is and has ever existed. I

named that space Grace. You are free to call it anything you like. The point of identifying this

deeply rooted internal space for yourself is to become aware that inside you there is planted

knowledge. Inside each of us there lives new budding ideas. This April, take a leap of faith like

nature is doing with budding trees and spring flowers pushing up out of the ground. Mother

Nature is coloring our surroundings with new brightness this spring. Is it time for you to color

your life with new bolder thoughts? Happy spring everyone!

Love And Be Loved

Love and Be Loved

Seek first to find the goodness in others. It’s too easy to see someone’s flaws. We search for their missteps to protect ourselves from a real connection. Look for their beauty within. Really see the person, not the color of their hair, but the strength of their history. Allow yourself to have a more authentically positive human connection. We have hidden our desire for real human intimacy for far too long. Let us love and be loved this day and every day.

Can you allow yourself to be heard and seen?

Can you allow yourself to hear and see others?
