Joy In The Present Moment!

This is a suggested season of loving and giving. However, for some people it’s a time of stress and loneliness in the midst of crowds.

As this year approaches it’s end, my wish for you all is that you find joy in the present moments of your day. Experience joy in another’s smile. Give joy by acknowledging someone with a kind word. Be the love in the world you wish to feel! You are a present!

Thanksgiving!

Today, people in the United States celebrate Thanksgiving. People around the world have learned that giving thanks throughout the everyday increases an abundant flow that is greater than money. It encourages richer relationships, increased sharing, belonging, living fully, peace of mind, wisdom and love of life!

I am grateful we are here in this world! Thankful for the gifts we share. I wish for us the courage needed to find our undiscovered strengths, and endless encouragement to incorporate those strengths in our daily interactions.

You Are Powerful!

You are powerful! Look at what you have created in your life. It does not matter whether you wanted the life you have or not; if you accept the notion, you created it. By accepting it, you now get to use the power you have to change what you don’t like and give thanks for what you do have that you want!

Are you willing to accept your personal power to evoke change?

Are you using your personal power to create good for yourself and others?

Who You Are Is Enough!

As you incorporate who you really are in your everyday interactions, you begin to realize who you are is enough. Your authentic self always feels more alive than your pretend self. Your authentic power is born inside you! It is time to reconnect and let it out!

Joyful Release!

You can release the things you are holding onto from your past and, if you are like me, letting go of it was a pull and tug situation. How do you let go “effortlessly” the things that have hurt you? I read recently that you can affirm to joyously release the past. I had never thought of that as a possibility, but I do now! The benefit is you are also able to affirm “I am at peace”!
