Joyful June!

Joy is a spiritual union between life’s unsettling moments and knowing you are divinely protected. Joy understands what is happening around you is real, but it does not define you. Joy isn’t an emotion, it’s a quality that resides in each of us; that takes us through life’s negative stuff. Joy is an energy that allows us to see beyond the problems. It’s a faith in something greater than us. Have a Joyful June!

Homework:

What makes you smile that has nothing to do with anyone or anything?

You Are Incredible!

There are others with similar genes to yours, but there isn’t anyone else that is you! That makes you incredible. You are wonderfully unique. It’s often beyond comprehension how incredible you really are, but may I suggest that you try? When you get comfortable with your own incredibleness you are more able to see the incredible trait that resides in others. It’s time to claim it, you are incredible!

Homework:

Can you be grateful for how incredible you are in this world?

May Miracles

The winter wilderness is transforming into emerald green grass and sun-kissed yellow daffodils that are swaying merrily in the spring wind. Nature in May is full of miracles born out of change.

Constant movement is all around us in nature and our lives. May you have the courage of the returning birds to live loudly, the wisdom of a deeply rooted tree to make decisions wisely, and the curiosity of a toddler to get through spring and into summer.

Homework Assignment:

What three miracles in your life can you smile about?

There Is Brilliance In You!

I’m speaking of the light within you that is your gift to share with all the people you greet. What do you do that seems so easy, yet people compliment you on regular basis? There lies a hint of your brilliance! Is it your smile that brightens the day of others? Do you turn a phrase that makes people laugh loudly? Does your intellect give way to new ideas? Whatever your gift, share it lovingly and watch how your brilliance lights up your every interaction!

Did you shine your brilliance today?

Can you compliment other’s brilliance?

Happy Friday!

APRIL AWARENESS!

Imagine a place deep inside yourself; it is your connection to all that is and has ever existed. I

named that space Grace. You are free to call it anything you like. The point of identifying this

deeply rooted internal space for yourself is to become aware that inside you there is planted

knowledge. Inside each of us there lives new budding ideas. This April, take a leap of faith like

nature is doing with budding trees and spring flowers pushing up out of the ground. Mother

Nature is coloring our surroundings with new brightness this spring. Is it time for you to color

your life with new bolder thoughts? Happy spring everyone!

Love And Be Loved

Love and Be Loved

Seek first to find the goodness in others. It’s too easy to see someone’s flaws. We search for their missteps to protect ourselves from a real connection. Look for their beauty within. Really see the person, not the color of their hair, but the strength of their history. Allow yourself to have a more authentically positive human connection. We have hidden our desire for real human intimacy for far too long. Let us love and be loved this day and every day.

Can you allow yourself to be heard and seen?

Can you allow yourself to hear and see others?

Who You Really Are!

Who You Really Are

Do you remember who you really are? We are born sacred. A baby’s soul is timeless and unlimited. The spirit is full of possibility. As they (we) grow, life’s experiences separate us from our true nature; that we are love, we are greatness, we are worthy…

What are five words that describe the positive within you?

How do you define your soul’s work?

You Are

You Are

You are wondrous and need to be known as such. You came to earth a clean slate, full of promise and extraordinary potential. You are special because there is only one you!

Your inner critic has ruled long enough. You are more than your missteps in life. When growing up if you heard “no” and “stop” often you may have forgotten your innate worthiness. Let your natural gifts come out.

Remind yourself to show others your best self throughout the day.

Who can you delight this week with a kind word or deed?
