FEAR NO MORE!

The other day, someone I care about did something that hurt my feelings. I felt the full impact of fear. My body was heavy, tight and tired. While sitting still with the fear, my mind opened enough for me to realize fear isn’t our natural state of being. It is natural to feel light and buoyant and curious. That shift in awareness allowed me to feel alive and love again.

HOMEWORK:

The next time you feel heavy, can you shed light on what you fear?

How can you bring yourself back to your natural state of being – – alive and loving?

Joyful Release!

You can release the things you are holding onto from your past and, if you are like me, letting go of it was a pull and tug situation. How do you let go “effortlessly” the things that have hurt you? I read recently that you can affirm to joyously release the past. I had never thought of that as a possibility, but I do now! The benefit is you are also able to affirm “I am at peace”!

Homework:

Do you want to hold on to your past or be at peace?

Do you wish to be joy filled or dismayed on your life’s journey?

Living In Faith!

Align your feelings with your faith in a situation and watch the impossible become possible! Being in that kind of sync is a powerful force, and it resides within you! You do not have to look outside yourself for answers because your faith and your feelings are your responsibility.

Homework:

Are your feelings and your faith in sync?

What changes can you make to align your feelings and faith?

Choose Wisely!

You choose who you want to be in this world, so choose wisely. If you are quick to anger, replace that reaction with loving thoughts. If you are fearful, replace it with a trust in a foundation that is greater then your worries. It is impossible to be loving and anxious at the same time. For each one of you who insists I do not know what you have been through, that makes you the way you are – the operative word is “through”; otherwise you would still be “in” the situation. If you continue to carry the past, you will surely miss the “present” moment. Let me repeat myself; choose wisely!

Homework: What are the characteristics of whom you really are that you want to share with the world?

What is holding you back from sharing who you are?
