Our deepest beliefs come to light in the life we are living. Whatever you have going on in your life, look at the beliefs/thoughts you have had that support what is happening. For example; if you do not have enough abundance in your life, change the limiting thoughts, such as, “I never have enough…” that you think throughout the day. If you are dreaming of abundance and don’t have it, sift your beliefs/thoughts to affirm your dream, “I attract more than I need”, or “I am worthy of abundance”!
What can you do today to align your beliefs and your dreams?
You choose who you want to be in this world, so choose wisely. If you are quick to anger, replace that reaction with loving thoughts. If you are fearful, replace it with a trust in a foundation that is greater then your worries. It is impossible to be loving and anxious at the same time. For each one of you who insists I do not know what you have been through, that makes you the way you are – the operative word is “through”; otherwise you would still be “in” the situation. If you continue to carry the past, you will surely miss the “present” moment. Let me repeat myself; choose wisely!

What is holding you back from sharing who you are?
Joy is a spiritual union between life’s unsettling moments and knowing you are divinely protected. Joy understands what is happening around you is real, but it does not define you. Joy isn’t an emotion, it’s a quality that resides in each of us; that takes us through life’s negative stuff. Joy is an energy that allows us to see beyond the problems. It’s a faith in something greater than us. Have a Joyful June!
What makes you smile that has nothing to do with anyone or anything?
There are others with similar genes to yours, but there isn’t anyone else that is you! That makes you incredible. You are wonderfully unique. It’s often beyond comprehension how incredible you really are, but may I suggest that you try? When you get comfortable with your own incredibleness you are more able to see the incredible trait that resides in others. It’s time to claim it, you are incredible!
Can you be grateful for how incredible you are in this world?
The winter wilderness is transforming into emerald green grass and sun-kissed yellow daffodils that are swaying merrily in the spring wind. Nature in May is full of miracles born out of change.
Constant movement is all around us in nature and our lives. May you have the courage of the returning birds to live loudly, the wisdom of a deeply rooted tree to make decisions wisely, and the curiosity of a toddler to get through spring and into summer.
What three miracles in your life can you smile about?
I’m speaking of the light within you that is your gift to share with all the people you greet. What do you do that seems so easy, yet people compliment you on regular basis? There lies a hint of your brilliance! Is it your smile that brightens the day of others? Do you turn a phrase that makes people laugh loudly? Does your intellect give way to new ideas? Whatever your gift, share it lovingly and watch how your brilliance lights up your every interaction!
A path to joyful living starts with awareness! it is seeing what is bothering you. Accept that the concern or problem is here. Conduct a CIS type analysis that investigates what created this concern. Now that you are armored with the historical facts, it’s time to practice non-attachment; that is, don’t take what is happening personally. You no longer have to attach to the concern in the same way. You have created space to detach from the old way of thinking and can open to new and clearer thoughts that are akin to joyful living…
