Imagine!

We spend so much time thinking about what we don’t want. Let’s imagine what we do want! Begin to cancel every thought you don’t want and actively replace it with statements that support what you do want to see in your life. While you are imagining what you do want, allow yourself to feel the joy associated with what you do want. These feelings reinforce the thought thereby helping to attract/align to what you want!

HOMEWORK:

Does imaging what you do want make you smile?

Doesn’t it feel good to focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want?

Who You Are Is Enough!

As you incorporate who you really are in your everyday interactions, you begin to realize who you are is enough. Your authentic self always feels more alive than your pretend self. Your authentic power is born inside you! It is time to reconnect and let it out!

Homework:

What three things can you do to show yourself that “you are enough”?

notebook and pen

Beliefs Can Trump Dreams!

Our deepest beliefs come to light in the life we are living. Whatever you have going on in your life, look at the beliefs/thoughts you have had that support what is happening. For example; if you do not have enough abundance in your life, change the limiting thoughts, such as, “I never have enough…” that you think throughout the day. If you are dreaming of abundance and don’t have it, sift your beliefs/thoughts to affirm your dream, “I attract more than I need”, or “I am worthy of abundance”!

Homework:

What can you do today to align your beliefs and your dreams?

Dream Up!

When you dream of a new desire, dream up! What does that mean? Make every dream higher than you think you are capable of reaching. Don’t dream small; believe you deserve better than you could have imagined yesterday!

Do you believe you deserve better? If you answered yes, take your dream to the next level. Let us know what you accomplish.

Homework:

Where can you dream up in your life?

Seek To See Beauty!

The world is filled with beauty! If you don’t see any beauty somewhere in your day, you may have forgotten to look recently. I challenge you to seek out in your every day travels things of beauty.

Take a picture and share the beauty you saw. End each day looking in the mirror; my hope is that you will begin to see the beauty I see in you!

Homework:

What beauty can you find in your current surroundings?

What beauty can you identify in yourself?

Joyful June!

Joy is a spiritual union between life’s unsettling moments and knowing you are divinely protected. Joy understands what is happening around you is real, but it does not define you. Joy isn’t an emotion, it’s a quality that resides in each of us; that takes us through life’s negative stuff. Joy is an energy that allows us to see beyond the problems. It’s a faith in something greater than us. Have a Joyful June!

Homework:

What makes you smile that has nothing to do with anyone or anything?

What If?

We hope you enjoyed your extended weekend! Here are a few questions for you to ponder:

What if life is rigged in your favor?

What if your true self is a gift to the world?

What if you could re-imagine what your life looks like?

What if you demonstrated courage daily?

What if you matter?

“What if”, dear reader, is the question of the week.

APRIL AWARENESS!

Imagine a place deep inside yourself; it is your connection to all that is and has ever existed. I

named that space Grace. You are free to call it anything you like. The point of identifying this

deeply rooted internal space for yourself is to become aware that inside you there is planted

knowledge. Inside each of us there lives new budding ideas. This April, take a leap of faith like

nature is doing with budding trees and spring flowers pushing up out of the ground. Mother

Nature is coloring our surroundings with new brightness this spring. Is it time for you to color

your life with new bolder thoughts? Happy spring everyone!

Love And Be Loved

Love and Be Loved

Seek first to find the goodness in others. It’s too easy to see someone’s flaws. We search for their missteps to protect ourselves from a real connection. Look for their beauty within. Really see the person, not the color of their hair, but the strength of their history. Allow yourself to have a more authentically positive human connection. We have hidden our desire for real human intimacy for far too long. Let us love and be loved this day and every day.

Can you allow yourself to be heard and seen?

Can you allow yourself to hear and see others?

Four A’s To A Joyful Living!

A path to joyful living starts with awareness! it is seeing what is bothering you. Accept that the concern or problem is here. Conduct a CIS type analysis that investigates what created this concern. Now that you are armored with the historical facts, it’s time to practice non-attachment; that is, don’t take what is happening personally. You no longer have to attach to the concern in the same way. You have created space to detach from the old way of thinking and can open to new and clearer thoughts that are akin to joyful living…

What is a small irritant that you can practice the four A’s?

Why is your attachment to a concern or problem so strong?
