This End is Your Beginning!

It’s been an inspirational year. We started in January 2015, and I declared this would be a year long commitment. My desire was and continues to be that you will grab possibility and make it your reality! I’ll connect with you again. Embrace your new beginning! Be the light…

HOMEWORK:

What do you want your new beginning to feel like?

What inspires you?

Joy In The Present Moment!

This is a suggested season of loving and giving. However, for some people it’s a time of stress and loneliness in the midst of crowds.

As this year approaches it’s end, my wish for you all is that you find joy in the present moments of your day. Experience joy in another’s smile. Give joy by acknowledging someone with a kind word. Be the love in the world you wish to feel! You are a present!

Thanksgiving!

Today, people in the United States celebrate Thanksgiving. People around the world have learned that giving thanks throughout the everyday increases an abundant flow that is greater than money. It encourages richer relationships, increased sharing, belonging, living fully, peace of mind, wisdom and love of life!

HOMEWORK:

What are you thankful for?

List who are you thankful for in your life?

We Are Here!

I am grateful we are here in this world! Thankful for the gifts we share. I wish for us the courage needed to find our undiscovered strengths, and endless encouragement to incorporate those strengths in our daily interactions.

HOMEWORK:

Are you grateful you are here?

What Are You Pouring?

Every one of us has open hurts likely from an incident or two in our past. What are you pouring into those wounds? Are you pouring cement or love? Cement hardens us; but love opens us up to infinite possibilities. Choose wisely what you pour because if you do not transform your pain, you will transmit it to the people you care about…

Homework:

Do you find yourself hardening your outer shell to keep others out?

Do you have any possibilities that require you to pour more love?

Beliefs Can Trump Dreams!

Our deepest beliefs come to light in the life we are living. Whatever you have going on in your life, look at the beliefs/thoughts you have had that support what is happening. For example; if you do not have enough abundance in your life, change the limiting thoughts, such as, “I never have enough…” that you think throughout the day. If you are dreaming of abundance and don’t have it, sift your beliefs/thoughts to affirm your dream, “I attract more than I need”, or “I am worthy of abundance”!

Homework:

What can you do today to align your beliefs and your dreams?

Dream Up!

When you dream of a new desire, dream up! What does that mean? Make every dream higher than you think you are capable of reaching. Don’t dream small; believe you deserve better than you could have imagined yesterday!

Do you believe you deserve better? If you answered yes, take your dream to the next level. Let us know what you accomplish.

Homework:

Where can you dream up in your life?

Seek To See Beauty!

The world is filled with beauty! If you don’t see any beauty somewhere in your day, you may have forgotten to look recently. I challenge you to seek out in your every day travels things of beauty.

Take a picture and share the beauty you saw. End each day looking in the mirror; my hope is that you will begin to see the beauty I see in you!

Homework:

What beauty can you find in your current surroundings?

What beauty can you identify in yourself?

Choose Wisely!

You choose who you want to be in this world, so choose wisely. If you are quick to anger, replace that reaction with loving thoughts. If you are fearful, replace it with a trust in a foundation that is greater then your worries. It is impossible to be loving and anxious at the same time. For each one of you who insists I do not know what you have been through, that makes you the way you are – the operative word is “through”; otherwise you would still be “in” the situation. If you continue to carry the past, you will surely miss the “present” moment. Let me repeat myself; choose wisely!

Homework: What are the characteristics of whom you really are that you want to share with the world?

What is holding you back from sharing who you are?

Joyful June!

Joy is a spiritual union between life’s unsettling moments and knowing you are divinely protected. Joy understands what is happening around you is real, but it does not define you. Joy isn’t an emotion, it’s a quality that resides in each of us; that takes us through life’s negative stuff. Joy is an energy that allows us to see beyond the problems. It’s a faith in something greater than us. Have a Joyful June!

Homework:

What makes you smile that has nothing to do with anyone or anything?
