Trained Life Coach Deborah Liverett accepted a mission to help people return to their best self thirty plus years ago in corporate America when she saw how stress and suppression changed people’s self-perception and behavior. She continues to study past and present sage thinkers as well as brain and body science. She is considered the people’s reporter, sharing practical ideas, reflective questions, and inspiration.
